CPA Accounting Firm in Puerto Rico

Since 1975, De Ángel & Compañía, CPA, LLC, a professional corporation of certified public accounting firm, organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, has been providing a variety of accounting, auditing and business advisory contributions to the private and public sectors, both state and federal. In the private sector we have customers in medium and large industries such as manufacturing, distribution, hotels, construction and services, among others. In the public sector, we have provided “Single Audits” for several years to municipalities and nonprofit organizations following the requirements of the Federal Government.

Our auditing firm is composed of eighteen (18) professionals including seven (7) certified public accountants and all with extensive experience in public accounting and consulting services.

De Ángel & Compañía, LLC is audited by Certified Public Accountants Association of Puerto Rico, under the principles and guidelines for quality review (Peer Review) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or AICPA “for short in English. These guidelines requires accounting companies to implement a quality control system that ensures technical depth services to achieve work, documentation and outcomes in which third parties may rely. Under the guidance of AICPA, De Ángel & Compañía, LLC received an unqualified opinion, or an unqualified report with no adverse comments of any kind.
